Hi! I’m Britaney.

Wild Sage Healing LLC was born out of my desire to create a true space of healing for my clients. I have a passion for people and healing.

As a survivor of physical & mental trauma, I want to support others in healing and discovering themselves under all the programming. I have struggled with and overcome eating disorders, abuse, body dysmorphia, addiction, and with the help of holistic practices live a beautiful life.

You can heal. I hold space for you to tap into your body’s innate wisdom, and support your healing journey. Healing is not linear, it is beautiful and messy, and you do not always see it happening. One day you will wake up and realize that the triggers you had do not upset you anymore. You are growing and getting stronger. I am here to support you.

Wild Sage is about stripping away all the excess, getting back to the basics, and uncovering that beautiful soul inside.

I support natural holistic healing techniques and believe the body is an amazing healing machine!

I enjoy outdoor activities, running, walking, hiking, kayaking, surfing, playing with my dogs, and traveling. I love learning. Especially if it concerns the human body, spirituality, existence, the deep stuff. Lol. I’m here to live life to the fullest.
