**Massage helps with circulation and reduced swelling of joints and extremities which is common in pregnancy as the body has a higher blood volume while the baby is developing
**Massage can also help ease postpartum depression by creating a safe environment in which mama feels heard, seen, and supported. Massage and healthy touch are powerful tools to help regulate the nervous system and support mental health
Typically pre-natal massage is safe for anyone after the first trimester as long as there are not any other complications. And in the case of complications, we would work with your doctor on their recommendations. 😊

And the postpartum massage can be done anywhere between 2-6 weeks after birth, depending on the type of birth you have had and how your body is healing 🫶
